Welcome to Hold My Kicks Inflatables!
By renting from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read before your event.
Rental Period
• Rentals are for up to 6 hours unless noted otherwise.
• Extra time available upon request (additional charges may apply $50/hr).
Delivery & Setup
• We deliver, set up, and pick up all inflatable units.
• Delivery fees may apply outside our local area.
• A responsible adult (18+) must be present at delivery and pickup.
Safety Rules
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• No shoes, food, drinks, pets, sharp objects, or silly string inside or near the inflatable.
• Group users by size and age to prevent injury.
• Do not use in winds over 15 mph or during rain/storms.
Damages & Cleaning
• Renter is responsible for damage beyond normal use.
• Excessive dirt = cleaning fee.
• Silly string, paint, glitter, or stains = $100+ fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Full refund/reschedule if canceled due to bad weather.
• Cancellations within 48 hours (non-weather) may lose deposit.
• No refunds after delivery/setup.
Liability
• We are not liable for injuries during use.
• Renter assumes all responsibility for guests and equipment.
• Signed waiver required before setup.
Equipment Rules
• Do not move inflatables after setup.
• Units must be on a flat, clean surface, free of sharp objects.
• Only use water on wet-approved units (e.g. slides, combos).
Weather Policy
• We reserve the right to cancel for unsafe weather.
• During event: deflate unit if it rains or winds exceed safe limits.
Payment
• A Non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking.
• Balance due 24 HOURS before event .
• We accept: Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Chime, Apple Pay, Money Order or other approved methods. (NO CHECKS)
Agreement
By booking with Hold My Kicks Inflatables, you agree to follow all terms and conditions. Let’s have fun & keep it safe!
